During official holidays and the holiday season, there may be unforeseen shipping delays that are out of our control such as weather, and/or high shipping volumes for all carriers, both domestically and internationally.

For international orders: You, the purchaser or the recipient, are responsible for understanding and anticipating any possible, unforeseen, or potential import fees, duties, or charges when purchasing from this website and shipping to your chosen location.

• Shipments/orders refused due to non-payment of C.O.D charges, import fees, import duties, and/or import charges will not receive a refund for shipping charges/costs paid.
• Please ensure a valid international shipping address for your shipment(s)/order(s).
• Shipment(s)/order(s) not picked up from your country's Postal Office/Service Center, or failed to be delivered to your inputted address may be abandoned and destroyed, or may be 'returned to sender'. In the event of a shipment returned to us, due to an invalid, incorrect, undeliverable address, a restocking fee up to 15% may apply.
• At this time, international orders are not eligible for return.

Please allow up to 1-5 days of processing time depending on shipping season. Our team is always working hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
